บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาและพัฒนาความรับผิดชอบของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 2 โรงเรียนบ้านม่วงพิทยาคม อำเภอบ้านม่วง จังหวัดสกลนคร ที่ส่งผลต่อการเรียนวิชาการงานอาชีพและเทคโนโลยี(งานเกษตร) ด้วยวิธีการเสริมแรงทางบวก โดยใช้วิธีการเพิ่มคะแนนความรับผิดชอบ ใน 10 ข้อ เป็นแบบสอบถามชนิดมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า (Rating Scale) 3 ระดับ เป็นเครื่องที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลของการวิจัยครั้งนี้และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยค่าเฉลี่ย ( ) และส่วนเบี่ยงมาตรฐาน (SD.)
ผลการวิจัย การพัฒนาความรับผิดชอบของนักเรียน ในการเรียนวิชาการงานอาชีพและเทคโนโลยี(งานเกษตร) ด้วยการเสริมแรงทางบวก โดยใช้วิธีการเพิ่มคะแนนความรับผิดชอบ โดยภาพรวมนักเรียนมีความรับผิดชอบอยู่ในระดับดี ร้อยละ 62.32 เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายประเด็นพบว่า ความรับผิดชอบของนักเรียนในเรื่องที่สำคัญคือการเข้าห้องเรียนตรงเวลา เฉลี่ย 2.82 รองลงมาคือนักเรียนมีการคิดแก้ปัญหาในเรื่องที่เรียนด้วยตนเอง และน้อยที่สุดคือการทำงานหรือแบบฝึกหัดนอกเหนือจากที่ครูให้
จากการศึกษาพบว่า การพัฒนาความรับผิดชอบของนักเรียนด้วยการเสริมแรงทางบวก โดยใช้วิธีการเพิ่มคะแนนความรับผิดชอบ ซึ่งเป็นทางเลือกหนึ่งที่สามารถนำไปประยุกต์ใช้ในการเรียนการสอน การเสริมคะแนนความรับผิดชอบเป็นการเพิ่มแรงจูงใจอีกวิธี ที่นอกเหนือจากการส่งงานของนักเรียนเพียงอย่างเดียว เป็นการเสริมคะแนนด้วยการประเมินพฤติกรรมหลายๆด้านของนักเรียน สามารถทำให้นักเรียนเกิดความรับผิดชอบมากขึ้น และร่วมมือกันทำกิจกรรมกลุ่มให้บรรลุเป้าหมายได้
