ความมุ่งหมาย
เพื่อเป็นการศึกษาพฤติกรรมและการปรับเปลี่ยนพฤติกรรมการเรียนให้เป็นผู้มีวินัยและความรับผิดชอบต่อหน้าที่และการเรียนดีขึ้นของนักศึกษาชั้นปีที่ 1 ปีการศึกษา 2558 สาขาวิชา ภาษาอังกฤษศึกษา คณะมนุษยศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏเชียงราย จำนวน 43 คน

ประชากร/กลุ่มตัวอย่าง
ประชากร / กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษาครั้งนี้เป็นนักศึกษาชั้นปีที่ 1 ปีการศึกษา 2558 สาขาวิชา ภาษาอังกฤษศึกษา คณะมนุษยศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏเชียงราย จำนวน 43 คน

เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการศึกษาค้นคว้า
เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการศึกษาค้นคว้า คือ การสังเกต และการสัมภาษณ์ การพูดคุย การใช้คำมั่นสัญญาและทฤษฎีเสริมแรง

วิธีการดำเนินการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล
ในการทำวิจัยครั้งนี้ เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสังเกต แบบสอบถาม ที่ผู้วิจัยสร้างขึ้นเอง

ผู้วิจัยใช้ค่าร้อยละในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล

สรุปผลการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล
จากผลการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลจากการสังเกต ข้อมูลด้านการเรียนของแต่ละวิชา และการตอบแบบสอบถามจากนักศึกษา การใช้แรงจูงใจเสริมแรงโดยให้คำชมเชยแก่นักศึกษา รวมทั้งดูแลด้านการเรียนให้มีความรับผิดชอบ สนใจเรียน ซึ่งนักศึกษาให้ความร่วมมือเป็นอย่างดี ทำให้นักศึกษามีความกระตือรือร้นต่อการมาเรียนและการเรียนมากขึ้น ในการทำวิจัยครั้งนี้ปรากฏว่า นักศึกษาชั้นปีที่ 1 ปีการศึกษา 2558 สาขาวิชา ภาษาอังกฤษศึกษา คณะมนุษยศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏเชียงราย จำนวน 43 คน มีความเอาใจใส่ต่อการเรียน รับผิดชอบและสนใจเรียนมากขึ้น โดยสังเกตจากบรรยากาศการเรียนภายในห้องเรียนที่เอื้อต่อการเรียนรู้ มีความตั้งใจเรียนมากขึ้น มีความรับผิดชอบต่อหน้าที่ ไม่ขาดเรียนหรือมาสาย ทำงานที่ได้รับมอบหมายและส่งงานตรงกำหนดเวลา รู้จักช่วยเหลือซึ่งกันและกันด้วยความเต็มใจ
จากแบบสอบถามนักเรียนเกี่ยวกับความมีวินัยและรับผิดชอบในห้องเรียน เมื่อนำผลสรุปของการตอบแบบสอบถาม พบว่านักศึกษาชั้นปีที่ 1 ปีการศึกษา 2558 สาขาวิชา ภาษาอังกฤษศึกษา คณะมนุษยศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏเชียงราย จำนวน 43 คน มีความกระตือรื้อร้น เอาใจใส่ต่อการเรียน และมีวินัยและความรับผิดชอบมากขึ้น หากพิจารณาในภาพรวมจะเห็นได้ว่าดีขึ้นอย่างเห็นได้ชัด คือ นักศึกษาไม่นำงานวิชาอื่นมาทำขณะที่กำลังเรียนวิชาหนึ่ง ไม่คุยและเล่นเพื่อนในขณะที่ครูสอน ส่งงานและการบ้านตรงเวลาที่ครูกำหนด ไม่นอนหลับในห้องเรียนขณะชั่วโมงเรียน ทำการบ้านและไม่ลอกการบ้านเพื่อน ทำผิดจะพยายามแก้ไขโดยไม่ท้อแท้ มีความรับผิดชอบต่องานที่ได้รับมอบหมาย มาเรียนตรงเวลาและตั้งใจเรียน รู้จักวางแผนในการใช้มหาวิทยาลัย และใช้เวลาว่างให้เป็นประโยชน์โดยการอ่านหนังสือ ทำให้นักศึกษาสามารถปรับเปลี่ยนพฤติกรรมการเรียนให้เป็นผู้มีวินัยและความรับผิดชอบต่อหน้าที่และการเรียน ส่งผลให้การเรียนดีขึ้น และเป็นผู้ที่มีความสำเร็จในชีวิตตามจุดหมายที่ตั้งไว้
