การพัฒนาระบบสารสนเทศขออนุมัติเดินทางไปราชการในประเทศของคณะเกษตรศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยอุบลราชธานี การศึกษาในครั้งนี้ พัฒนาบนระบบปฏิบัติการWindows XP โดยใช้โปรแกรมภาษา SQL เป็นเครื่องมือสร้างฐานข้อมูล และใช้โปรแกรมภาษา PHP ในการติดต่อฐานข้อมูล และออกแบบเว็บเพจ จากการประเมินประสิทธิภาพของระบบสารสนเทศโดยผู้ใช้งานระบบและผู้เชี่ยวชาญ ด้านเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศด้วยวิธี Black Box Testing ผลการประเมิน ความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้ระบบ พบว่ามีค่าคะแนนเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 7.80 (เต็ม 10) แสดงว่าระบบสารสนเทศนี้สามารถใช้ขออนุมัติเดินทางไปราชการได้ อีกทั้งยังเป็นประโยชน์ในการบริหารจัดการการไปราชการของบุคลากร และหน่วยงานได้เป็นอย่างดี
