9. กรณีคนต่างด้าวที่มีหนังสือเดินทางเข้ามาในประเทศไทยซึ่งระยะเวลาการอนุญาตให้อาศัยอยู่ในประเทศไทยยังไม่สิ้นสุด มีความประสงค์ขอเพิ่มชื่อในทะเบียนบ้าน (ท.ร.13)
1. สถานที่ยื่นคำร้อง สำนักทะเบียนอำเภอหรือสำนักทะเบียนท้องถิ่นที่บุคคลนั้นมีภูมิลำเนาอยู่
2. ผู้ยื่นคำร้อง ได้แก่ เจ้าบ้าน หรือผู้ที่ขอเพิ่มชื่อ
3. หลักฐานประกอบการยื่นคำร้อง
(1) สำเนาทะเบียนบ้าน (ท.ร.14) ของบ้านที่จะขอเพิ่มชื่อ
(2) บัตรประจำตัวของเจ้าบ้าน (ถ้ามี)
(3) หนังสือเดินทางของผู้ขอเพิ่มชื่อพร้อมสำเนาซึ่งแปลเป็นภาษาไทยโดยสถาบันที่น่าเชื่อถือ
(4) พยานบุคคล ได้แก่ เจ้าบ้าน
