หลังจากที่ได้ปรับปรุงกระบวนการตลอดทั้ง Value Stream จนกลายเป็น Lean Process แล้ว เราก็ยังพบว่ายังคงมีปัญหา Breakdown ของเครื่องจักรเกิดขึ้นอยู่เรื่อยๆ ซึ่งส่งผลต่อความน่าเชื่อถือของกระบวนการและเป็นต้นทุนของโรงงานที่ยังจัดการไม่ได้ จึงได้มีการศึกษาและนำเอาระบบ TPM มาใช้เพื่อยกระดับความรู้ความสามารถของ Operator ให้สามารถปรับปรุง Basic Condition ของเครื่องจักรและบำรุงรักษาสภาพเครื่องจักร เพื่อไม่ได้เกิดปัญหา Breakdown และ Defect ขึ้นในกระบวนการ ซึ่งทำให้ได้รับ Cost Saving เพิ่มขึ้นอีกมาก และความสำเร็จตามแนวทางนี้ทำให้เราได้รับรางวัล TPM Excellence Award ในปี 2015
