จากการจัดทำโครงงานพบว่า การทำขนมต้มใช้แป้งข้าวเหนียวปั้นเป็นก้อนกลมใส่ไส้น้ำตาลหม้อ ลงไปต้มให้สุก โดยด้วยมะพร้าวขูด ต่อมาจึงทำหน้า ซึ่งเป็นมะพร้าวขูดมาเคี่ยวกับน้ำตาลหม้อจนเหนียวให้เป็นไส้แทน ส่วนขนมต้มแดงใช้แป้งข้าวเหนียวแผ่เป็นแผ่นแบบต้มให้สุก ราดด้วยหน้าที่ค่อนข้างเหลว

ข้อเสนอแนะ
1.มะพร้าวอ่อน (อย่าเอาอ่อนเกินไป)
