สัญญาฉบับจะซื้อจะขายนี้ ทำขึ้นระหว่าง นายสุเมธ เพ็ชรทอง อายุ 33 ปี เลขประจำตัวประชาชน 3720600120111 อยู่บ้านเลขที่ 777/513 หมู่ 7 ตำบลทุ่งสุขลา อำเภอศรีราชา จังหวัดชลบุรี ซึ่งต่อไปในสัญญานี้เรียกว่า “ผู้จะขาย” ฝ่ายหนึ่ง

กับ นางสาว ……………………….. อายุ ….. ปี เลขประจำตัวประชาชน …………………….. อยู่บ้านเลขที่ …/.. ม…. ตำบลปากน้ำ อำเภอพระประแดง จังหวัดสมุทรปราการ ซึ่งต่อไปในสัญญานี้เรียกว่า “ผู้จะซื้อ” อีกฝ่ายหนึ่ง

 

คู่สัญญาทั้งสองฝ่ายตกลงทำสัญญากัน ดังต่อไปนี้

ตำแหน่งที่ดิน โฉนดที่ดินเลขที่ 106361,118721, 118722 หน้าสำรวจ21002, 23724, 23725 ตำบลบางแก้ว อำเภอบางพลี จังหวัดสมุทรปราการ เนื้อที่ 3 ไร่ 1 งาน 17.1 ตารางวา (สามไร่หนึ่งงานสิบเจ็ดจุดหนึ่งตารางวา) รวมไปถึงทรัพย์ส่วนกลาง ซึ่งผู้จะซื้อมีสิทธิใช้สอยร่วมกันกับเจ้าของห้องชุดอื่น ๆ ดังต่อไปนี้

ก. ทรัพย์ตามที่พระราชบัญญัติอาคารชุด พ.ศ. 2522 และที่แก้ไขเพิ่มเติม กำหนดให้ถือว่าเป็นทรัพย์ส่วนกลาง

ข. ที่ดินที่ตั้งอาคารชุดจำนวนประมาน - ไร่ - งาน - ตารางวา

ค. สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกต่างๆ ที่ผู้จะขายได้รับหรือจะได้รับจากจาก บริษัท อารียา พรอพเพอร์ตี้ จำกัด (มหาชน)

ซึ่งต่อไปนี้ในสัญญาจะเรียกว่า “ห้องชุด”
