การศึกษาค้นคว้าเรื่อง โทรศัพท์เคลื่อนที่ มีวัตถุประสงค์ของการศึกษา ดังนี้
1. เพื่อศึกษาและพัฒนาให้โทรศัพท์เคลื่อนที่ให้สามารถตอบสนองความต้องการของผู้บริโภคได้
2. เพื่อศึกษาความพึงพอใจของผู้บริโภคที่มีต่อ Mobile Phone “Suffice”
กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษาค้นคว้า ได้แก่ คณะครูและนักเรียนโรงเรียนพยุหะพิทยาคม
จำนวน 30 คน ข้อมูลที่เก็บรวบรวมได้นามาวิเคราะห์และประมวลผลโดยใช้
ค่าสถิติ ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ( Percentage) มีรายละเอียด ดังนี้
