ประวัติ :
เจ.เค.โรว์ลิ่งเกิดที่ประเทศอังกฤษเมื่อปี 1965 ในครอบครัวของนักอ่าน บิดามารดาสะสมหนังสือไว้มากมายและไม่เคยห้ามเธออ่านหนังสือเล่มใดทั้งสิ้น เธอเขียนหนังสือเล่มแรกเมื่ออายุ 6 ขวบ เป็นเรื่องเกี่ยวกับกระต่ายตัวหนึ่งชื่อ "RABBIT"
