สวัสดีครับ ผมชื่อนายสหมิตร แวงแก้ว จบการศึกษาจากสาขาวิศวกรรมเคมี คณะวิศวกรรมศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น ก็จบด้วยเกรดระดับกลางๆครับ ในระหว่างที่เรียนผมก็ได้เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมมากมาย เช่น ละครประเพณีของคณะ กีฬาน้องไหม่ และงานของภาควิชา
ผมได้เข้าฝึกงานที่ มิตรผล ภูเวียง ในส่วนของระบบน้ำ ซึ่งทำเกี่ยวกับการผลิตน้ำให้ได้คุณภาพเพื่อป้อนเข้าสู่หม้อต้มเพื่อผลิตไฟฟ้าต่อไป และเรียนรู้เกี่ยวกับหม้อต้ม และการบำบัดน้ำ
สำหรับลักษณะนิสัยของผมคือ เป็นคนพูดเก่ง แต่ขี้อายนิดหน่อย เป็นคนตั้งใจทำงาน โดยเฉพาะงานที่ตนเองชอบจะตั้งใจมาก เข้ากับผู้อื่นได้ง่าย ยามว่างผมชอบฟังเพลงและฝึกภาษาอังกฤษ
สำหรับเป้าหมายการทำงานของผมน่ะครับ ผมอยากเป็นคนที่มีความรู้รอบด้านเกี่ยวกับโรงงาน โดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่งเกี่ยวกับกระบวนการควบคุมในการผลิต และความรู้เกี่ยวกับเศรษฐศาสตร์เพื่อพัฒนาความสามารถของตัวเองและเป็นผลดีกับบริษัทด้วยครับ และอีกอย่างก็คือผมอยากฝึกการเป็นผู้นำที่ดี สามารถทำงานกับเพื่อนร่วมงานได้อย่างดีเยี่ยม
