ประวัติความเป็นมาของลีลาศ
ความหมาย

ต่อมาประมาณปี ค.ศ.1929 มีครูลีลาศในอังกฤษรวมกันเป็นคณะกรรมการปรับปรุงการลีลาสแบบบอลรูมขึ้นมาเป็นมาตรฐาน 4 จังหวะ (ถ้ารวมควิกวอลซ์ด้วยจะเป็น 5 จังหวะ) ถือว่าเป็นแบบฉบับของชาวอังกฤษ คือ วอลซ์ (Waltz) ควิกสเต็ป (Quickstep) แทงโก (Tango) และ ฟอกซ์ทรอต (Fox-trot)
