3.1 วิธีการศึกษาวิจัย

องค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่นในจังหวัดอ่างทอง จำนวน 63 แห่ง ได้แก่ 1) เทศบาลตำบล จำนวน 20 แห่ง 2) องค์การบริหารส่วนตำบล จำนวน 43 แห่ง
3.3 การคัดเลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่าง
3.3.1 การสำรวจความคิดเห็น Internal Integrity and Transparency Assessment ประจำปีงบประมาณ 2558 ขนาดตัวอย่างใช้กลุ่มประชากรเป้าหมายทั้งหมด ที่เป็นเจ้าหน้าที่ภายในองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่นในจังหวัดอ่างทองที่เข้ารับการประเมิน ที่ปฏิบัติงานในรอบ 1 ปีงบประมาณ 2558
3.3.2 การสำรวจความคิดเห็น External Integrity and Transparency Assessment ประจำปีงบประมาณ 2558 ใช้วิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบชั้นภูมิแบบมีระบบ (Stratified Systematic Sampling) จากรายชื่อผู้รับบริการหรือผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสียขององค์กรปกครองท้องถิ่นในจังหวัดอ่างทองที่เข้ารับการประเมินจำนวน 300 คน โดยแบ่งชั้นภูมิตามคุณลักษณะของประชากรให้กระจายตามประเภทและงานบริการให้ได้องค์กรปกครองท้องถิ่นในจังหวัดอ่างทองที่เข้ารับการประเมินแห่งละ 100 คน
