1.ดำเนินการอบรมตามหลักสูตรที่ได้รับมอบหมาย เพื่อพัฒนาบุคลากรของฝ่ายการตลาดรายสามัญ ให้เป็นไปทางทิศทางที่บริษัทกำหนด [Trainer : Speaker & Facilitator]

- จัดการอบรมตามหลักสูตรที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

- ประสานงาน และอำนวยความสะดวกให้ผู้เข้าอบรม

- ประเมินผลการอบรม เพื่อพัฒนารูปแบบการสอน

- ให้คำปรึกษาแนะนำเกี่ยวกับการประกันชีวิต

- พัฒนาแผนการสอน ให้สอดคล้องกับเป้าหมาย

- เพิ่มพูนทักษะ/เทคนิคการสอน – ความรู้ที่เกียวข้อง

2.งานด้านสถิติ - เอกสาร - แลกเปลี่ยนข้อมูลต่างๆ กับหน่วยงานภายใน และภายนอก [Statistic & Reporting]

- จัดทำเอกสาร หรือรายงานต่างๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง

- จัดทำงบประมาณการฝึกอบรมทุกหลักสูตร

- สรุปรายชื่อผู้เข้าอบรม และตรวจสอบคุณสมบัติ

- ส่งข้อมูลต่างๆ ให้หน่วยงานทั้งภายใน - ภายนอก

- บันทึกข้อมูล และจัดเก็บเอกสารทั้งหมดของแผนก

- ออกใบประกาศนียบัตรรับรองผลจบการอบรม

- สรุปผลประเมินการอบรมทุกหลักสูตร, ฯลฯสนับสนุนกิจกรรมของตัวแทน

3.ปรับปรุงและรับผิดชอบ การอบรมและกิจกรรม
