There shall be no liability on behalf of Supplier under this Clause 6 where:
i) erroneous data is supplied by CloudPay or was supplied in a format which does not conform to the predefined format;
ii) any software supplied by CloudPay does not perform satisfactorily or any documentation supplied by CloudPay is not adequate;
iii) CloudPay supplied incorrect or incomplete requirements; or
iv) instructions from CloudPay were followed notwithstanding Supplier’s written advice to the contrary.
