การศึกษาค้นคว้าครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาความพึงพอใจของผู้ปกครองที่มีต่อการบริหารงานทั่วไป ประชากรที่ใช้ในการศึกษาค้นคว้าเป็นผู้ปกครองนักเรียน จำนวน 116 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บข้อมูล เป็นแบบสอบถามประกอบด้วย ตอนที่ 1 สภาพทั่วไปของผู้ตอบแบบสอบถาม ได้แก่ เพศ อายุ และระดับการศึกษา ตอนที่ 2 ความพึงพอใจของผู้ปกครองนักเรียนที่มีต่อการบริหารงานทั่วไปโรงเรียนบ้านหูลิงโนนศิลา ประกอบด้วย ด้านการวางแผนการบริหารงานการศึกษา ด้านการดูแลอาคารสถานที่และสภาพแวดล้อม ด้านการระดมทรัพยากรเพื่อการศึกษา และด้านการประชาสัมพันธ์งานการศึกษา วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการหา ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน
