โครงการ “ศูนย์การเรียนรู้ทางด้านปิโตรเลียม” เป็นการดำเนินโครงการและสนับสนุนงบประมาณจากเชฟรอนเป็นจำนวนทั้งสิ้น 950,000 บาท โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อสร้างความรู้ความเข้าใจอันดีเกี่ยวกับการสำรวจและผลิตปิโตรเลียมในประเทศไทย โดยมีการนำเสนอข้อมูลตั้งแต่ที่มาของปิโตรเลียม แหล่งพลังงานทั้งบนฝั่งและนอกชายฝั่งรวมถึงพลังงานใต้พิภพ ผ่านภาพ โมเดลจำลอง อุปกรณ์ที่ใช้ประกอบการผลิตปิโตรเลียมจริง พร้อมด้วยสื่อที่ทันสมัย เพื่อเพิ่มความน่าสนใจให้กับการเรียนรู้ทางวิทยาศาสตร์และทำให้ผู้เข้าชมสามารถทำความเข้าใจได้ง่าย โดยจากการเปิดทดลองให้เข้าเยี่ยมชมในระยะเวลา 1 เดือน มีผู้เข้าใช้บริการเป็นจำนวนถึง 200 คนต่อวัน ทั้งนี้ การร่วมสนับสนุนโครงการดังกล่าว นับเป็นอีกหนึ่งภารกิจหลักของบริษัทฯ ในการดำเนินนโยบายทางด้านสังคมเพื่อสนับสนุนการศึกษาโดยเฉพาะในสาขาวิทยาศาสตร์
