1.นำเอกสารที่ต้องถ่ายสำเนาโดยเปิดฝาด้านบนของเครื่องถ่ายเอกสาร

3.เช็คกระดาษทุกครั้งก่อนใช้งาน โดยถาดใส่กระดาษจะอยู่ด้านล่างของตัวเครื่องถ่ายเอกสารโดยกดแป้นลงไป ถาดกระดาษจะเลื่อนออกมา
