ผมได้เปลี่ยนแปลงตัวเองในเรื่องของการเรียนวิชาการพูดและการพัฒนาบุคลิกภาพ ผมเป็นคนที่ไม่กล้าแสดงออก ผมไม่ชอบการพูดต่อหน้าคนมากๆเพราะทำให้ผมอาย ผมได้เรียนวิชานี้ทำให้ผมคิดที่จะเปลี่ยนแปลงตัวเอง ผมเริ่มจากการฝึดพูดกับตัวเองหน้ากระจก ผมทำกิจกรรมที่ทำให้ผมกล้าแสดงออกมากขึ้น ผมพัฒนาบุคลิกภาพโดยการนั่งและยืนให้ตัวตรงทำให้ดูดีขึ้น ผมกล้าแสดงออกมากขึ้น ผมไม่ตื่นเต้นเมื่อพูดต่อหน้าผู้คนมากๆ ผมเปลี่ยนแปลงตัวเองเพราะผมไม่ต้องการเป็นคนขี้อายอีกต่อไป
