1. คืนเงินเข้าสู่บัญชี ENSOGO ของลูกค้า เรียกว่า Ensogo Cash สามารถใช้ซื้อสินค้าบนหน้าเว็บไซด์ Ensogo ได้ทุกรายการ มีอายุการใช้งาน 1 ปีนับจากวันที่ยอดเงินเข้าสู่บัญชี ไม่สามารถใช้ร่วมกับโค้ดส่วนลดอื่นๆได้ ช่องทางนี้มีระยะเวลาดำเนินการประมาณ 3-5 วันทำการ
2. คืนเงินเข้าสู่บัญชีธนาคาร โดยถ้าลูกค้าเลือกช่องทางนี้ รบกวนลูกค้าดำเนินการส่งหน้าบัญชีธนาคารแนบไฟล์มาให้ทางเรา เพื่อเป็นหลักฐานในการดำเนินการคืนเงินให้ลูกค้าต่อไป โดยยอดเงินจะเข้าสู่บัญชีธนาคารลูกค้าหลังจากที่ได้รับข้อมูลหน้าบัญชี ระยะเวลา 7-14 วันทำการครับ หากว่าลูกค้าชำระเงินในการซื้อสินค้ารายการนั้นๆ ด้วยบัตรเครดิต ชื่อบัญชีธนาคารต้องเป็นชื่อเดียวกับเจ้าของบัตรเครดิตด้วย แต่ไม่จำเป็นต้องธนาคารเดียวกัน
3. คืนยอดเงินกลับเข้าสู่บัตรเครดิตของท่าน ( กรณีลูกค้าชำระเงินผ่านบัตรเครดิต ) ซึ่งช่องทางนี้ ทาง ensogo จะแจ้งดำเนินการคืนเงินกลับสู่บัตรเครดิตของลูกค้าให้ทางธนาคารเจ้าของบัตรรับทราบเท่านั้น ส่วนระยะเวลาและกระบวนการดำเนินการนั้น ต้องขึ้นสู่กับทางธนาคารเป็นผู้กำหนด ลูกค้าจะต้องติดตามสอบถามสถานะกับทางธนาคารบัตรเครดิตโดยตรง
