งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาพฤติกรรมของวัยรุ่นบริโภคโยเกิร์ตในกรุงเทพมหานคร วัตถุประสงค์คือเพื่อให้ เข้าใจพฤติกรรมของการบริโภคโยเกิร์ตของวัยรุ่น โดยกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษาคือ กลุ่มวัยรุ่นในกรุงเทพมหานคร จำนวน 350 ตัวอย่าง จากสูตรของYamane โดยเราจะแบ่งกรุงเทพฯ เป็น 6 ตอนด้วยกัน คือ กรุงเทพเหนือ ,กรุงเทพตะวันออก ,กรุงเทพกลาง ,กรุงเทพใต้ ,กรุงธนใต้และกรุงธนเหนือ เก็บตัวอย่างข้อมูลเป็นแบบสุ่ม หลังจากการเก็บตัวอย่างทางทีมวิจัยพบว่า คนส่วนใหญ่ที่บริโภคโยเกิร์ตเป็นผู้หญิงอยู่ในช่วงอายุประมาณ 19-21 ปี ศึกษาอยุ่ในระดับปริญญาตรี
