4.6 ปรับเงินเดือนและค่าสินน้ำใจแม่บ้านนิติฯ
เนื่องจากนิติบุคคลอาคารชุดเดอะบรีซ หัวหิน ได้จัดจ้างพนักงานทำความสะอาดเป็นของนิติฯ ตั้งแต่วันที่ 1 กุมภาพันธ์ 2556 ดังนั้นเพื่อเป็นขวัญกำลังใจในการปฎิบัติงานของพนักงานทำความสะอาด ฝ่ายจัดการอาคารฯ ใคร่ขอเสนอคณะกรรมการฯ พิจารณาการปรับเงินเดือน ปี 2558 และ สินน้ำใจให้กับพนักงานทำความสะอาดดังนี้
1. พิจารณาขอปรับอัตราเงินเดือนพนักงานแม่บ้าน ประจำปี 2558 ขึ้น 5 % โดยมีผลตั้งแต่วันที่ 1 มกราคม 2558
2. พิจารณาตอบแทนค่าสินน้ำใจให้กับพนักงานแม่บ้านที่มีความขยัน อดทน และ ตั้งใจทุ่มเทในการปฏิบัติงาน เป็นจำนวนเงิน
1 เดือน ของอัตราค่าจ้างปี 2557 โดยมีผลตั้งแต่วันที่ครบรอบปีของการปฏิบัติงานของแต่ละบุคคล
มติที่ประชุม : มีมติเป็นเอกฉันท์อนุมัติจำนวนเงิน 2,375.-บาท(สองพันสามร้อยเจ็ดสิบห้าบาทถ้วน) เพื่อนำมาปรับ เงินเดือนให้พนักงานแม่บ้านโดยเฉลี่ยให้จากผลการประเมินการทำงานของแต่ละบุคคล และอนุมัติให้ค่าสินน้ำใจ เป็นจำนวนเงิน 1 เดือน ของอัตราค่าจ้าง ปี 2557 ในวันที่พนักงานปฏิบัติงานครบรอบปีของแต่ละบุคคล
