ตถุประสงค์ : เพื่อหาความแตกต่างของผลการวัดระดับสายตาเมื่อใช้แผ่นตรวจมาตรฐานชนิดสเนลเลนชาร์ต (Snellen Chart) และการใช้แผ่นตรวจแบบใหม่ชนิดศักดิ์ชาร์ต (SAK Charts) ในกลุ่มที่ไม่เคยและเคยได้รับการตรวจโดยใช้ Snellen Chart มาก่อน
