PM check schedule might effected from more ships call UTCT but I need you and your team to adjust PM check schedule to be more frequent to ensure that the equipment break down will be minimized or zero.


UTCT is likely to get one new customer RKCL ( not 100% at the moment ) with the first maiden voyage plan to berth at our terminal by 24 or 25th October subject no further delay.

The estimate volume are as follows :

Unload all empty container : Appx 200-300 TEUS. RKCL and Minsheng will keep empty container for repair and cleaning in our terminal before release to exporter same as MSC.

Load Laden container volume : Appx 300 TEUS.

It will be good to prepare ourselves to be ready to handle the 4th vessel even though this new customer is still not 100% confirm to use our terminal.

Dome and Team : Please sit down together with your team and adjust your working process and plan based on 4 ships instead of 3.
Yard utilization / Man power on Ship Operation / Documentation / Gate in & out / CFS / CY etc.
Cost to Improve holding area also need to study.
