ละครเรื่องเพื่อนรักเพื่อนริษยา เป็นบทประพันธ์ของ สุพรรณิการ์ ผลิตโดยบริษัท โพลีพลัส เอ็นเตอร์เทนเม้นท์ จำกัด และกำกับการแสดงโดย ปรีดาภรณ์ บัวตูม ถูกนำมาสร้างเป็นละครเมื่อ พ.ศ.2557 โดยออกอากาศทุกวันจันทร์-อังคาร เวลา 20.15 น. ทางไทยทีวีสีช่อง 3 คณะผู้จัดทำจึงมีความสนใจในการทำรายงานเรื่องความคิดเห็นของนักศึกษาคณะเทคนิคการแพทย์ มหาวิทยาลัยรังสิต ที่มีต่อละครเรื่อง “เพื่อนรักเพื่อนริษยา” โดยใช้กลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 30 คน มาวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้ค่าสถิติพื้นฐาน ซึ่งได้ผลดังนี้ จากการสอบถามข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับความคิดเห็นของนักศึกษาที่มีต่อละครเรื่องเพื่อนรักเพื่อนริษยา พบว่านักศึกษารู้จักละครเพื่อนรักเพื่อนริษยาผ่านทางinternet คิดเป็นร้อยละ 30 นักศึกษาได้รับข้อมูลละครเรื่องเพื่อนรักเพื่อนริษยาจาก พ่อเม่ ญาติ พี่น้องและเพื่อน เป็นบางครั้ง คิดเป็นร้อยละ 36.67 นักศึกษาดูละครเรื่องเพื่อนรักเพื่อนริษยาเป็นประจำ คิดเป็นร้อยละ 43.33 ตัวละครที่นักศึกษาชอบมากที่สุด คือ จิ๋ว คิดเป็นร้อยละ 53.33 และนักศึกษาส่วนใหญ่แสดงความคิดเห็นว่าละครเรื่องนี้ควรมีภาคต่อ คิดเป็นร้อยละ 63.33 เพราะละครเรื่องเพื่อนรักเพื่อนริษยา เป็นละครโทรทัศน์ที่แฝงแง่คิด
