1. ความรู้สึกว่าตนมีความสำคัญต่อองค์การ หมายถึง การรับรู้เกี่ยวกับบทบาทของตนในองค์กรว่าได้รับการยอมรับ การยกย่องและการให้ความสำคัญจากผู้บังคับบัญชาและเพื่อนร่วมงาน
