            ขอสอบถามเรื่องรถ ผมได้ทำการซื้อรถกับแฟน 2554 ซึ่ง ชื่อรถเป็นชื่อของแฟน และผมเป็นคนค้ำประกันรถเงินดาวน์  รถช่วยกันออกคนละครึ่งครับ ต่อมา ในปี 2555 ผมได้เลิกลากับแฟนไปและตกลงกันว่า ผมจะทำหน้าที่ส่งค่างวดรถคันนี้เองแต่ไม่มีหลักฐานในการตกลงกันครั้งนั้น ผมก็ส่งค่างวดรถมาตลอดและมีหลักฐานในการส่งงวดรถเก็บไว้ที่ตัวผมชัดเจน จนกระทั่งวันที่ 31 มีนาคม 2558  แฟนเก่าผมมาอ้างสิทธิ์ว่า รถคันนี้เป็นรถของเขาเพราะชื่อรถเป็นชื่อของเขา และเขาจะให้ไฟแนนซ์มายึดรถคันนี้  ในฐานะผมเป็นคนค้ำประกัน อยากจะถามว่า
          1. ตามกฎหมายผมต้องถูกดำเนินคดีอะไรไหมครับ
          2. จะทำอย่างไร หากไฟแนนซ์ มาตามตัวผม หรือ ให้เสียค่าใช้จ่าย
          3. เงินที่ผมเสียไปในการส่งงวดรถ จะแจ้งความได้ไหมครับ (เจ้าของรถโกง)
          4. เจ้าของรถจะมีความผิดอะไรบ้าง หากไฟแนนซ์ทำการยึดรถ
            ผมมีความเดือดร้อนใจเป็นอย่างมาก สูญเสียทั้งเงินและรถ ขอคำแนะนำจากท่านทนายในการให้ความรู้หรือแนะนำทางออกให้ผมหน่อยครับ
