คุณศุภวิชญ์ ได้แจ้งต่อที่ประชุมว่า เนื่องจากคุณนิภา สิวะนันทกุล ได้ลาออกจากการเป็นคณะกรรมการ และผู้จัดการนิติบุคคลอาคารชุดฯล่วงหน้า หรือลาออกลงวันที่ 1 มิถุนายน 2557 นั้น เพื่อให้การทำงานนิติบุคคลอาคารชุดฯ มีผลอย่างต่อเนื่อง จึงจำเป็นจะต้องให้ที่ประชุมพิจารณากรรมการท่านใดท่านหนึ่งทำหน้าที่แทน คือ
1. ผู้จัดการนิติบุคคลอาคารชุดฯ
2. ผู้มีอำนาจลงนามในบัญชีธนาคารของนิติบุคคลอาคารชุดฯ
มติที่ประชุม จากการประชุมคราวที่แล้วคณะกรรมการได้เสนอชื่อคุณฮาอิม นาวอน ให้เป็นผู้จัดการนิติบุคคลอาคารชุดฯ ซึ่งขณะนี้ยังไม่ได้รับคำตอบอย่างเป็นทางการจากคุณฮาอิม ส่วนเรื่องอื่นๆคณะกรรมการมีการเสนความคิดเห็นเพิ่มเติม ดังนี้
1.คณะกรรมการกล่าวถึงพนักงานบัญชีของบริษัทสินทรัพย์ที่มาทำงานประจำให้กับนิติบุคคลอาคารชุดฯในขณะนี้ ซึ่งบ.สินทรัพย์อธิบายว่าพนักงานคนปัจจุบันสามารถทำงานประจำด้านต่างๆที่เกี่ยวข้องกับงานบัญชีแล้วยังช่วยงานอื่นๆด้านธุรการอีกด้วย ส่วนคุณกนกวรรณซึ่งไม่ได้มาทำงานประจำที่นิติบุคคลอาคารชุดฯเป็นผู้ปิดบัญชีรายรับรายจ่ายประจำเดือนแทนพนักงานบัญชีที่ทำงานประจำอยู่ ซึ่งคณะกรรมการได้หารือกันและมีความเห็นว่าพนักงานประจำควรจะสามารถปิดบัญชีรายรับรายจ่ายประจำเดือนได้ด้วย ดังนั้นจึงให้โอกาสพนักงานที่ปฏิบัติงานอยู่ในตอนนี้ปรับปรุงคุณภาพการทำงานด้านบัญชีให้ดีขึ้นและจะประเมินการผลการทำงานอีกครั้งหลังจากสิ้นเดือนกรกฎาคมนี้หากการทำงานยังไม่ปรับปรุงขึ้นจากเดิม บ.สินทรัพย์ต้องหาพนักงานบัญชีคนใหม่มาแทนโดยต้องผ่านการคัดเลือกจากคณะกรรมการ
2.คณะกรรมการมีการกำชับเรื่องต่างๆให้บริษัทสินทรัพย์ดูแล และเข้มงวด เช่น สัญญาต่างๆ ต้องมีการทบทวนสัญญาก่อนหมดอายุ และไม่ให้เกิดการต่อสัญญาแบบอัตโนมัติ การทำสัญญาและการจัดจ้างจัดซื้อ ต้องโปร่งใส ต้องมีการหาบริษัทมาเปรียบเทียบพร้อมคำแนะนำรอบด้าน ควรมีการจัดเสนองานพร้อมให้พนักงานที่เกี่ยวข้องรับทราบและออกความเห็น ควรมีเอกสารอ้างอิงผลงานที่บริษัทจัดจ้างเคยทำประกอบและสามารถ
