นายวิสูตร บัวชุม ผู้อำนวยการ การท่องเที่ยวแห่งประเทศไทย ( ททท.) สำนักงานแพร่ ซึ่งรับผิดชอบด้านการส่งเสริมและประชาสัมพันธ์การท่องเที่ยวจังหวัดแพร่ น่าน อุตรดิตถ์ กล่าวว่า ภายในงานจะมีขบวนไหลแพไฟเฉลิมพระเกียรติ จากท่าน้ำวัดวังแดง มายังท่าน้ำวัดหาดสองแคว อำเภอตรอน การแสดงศิลปวัฒนธรรม ภูมิปัญญาของท้องถิ่น มหกรรมอาหารชุมชน และการแสดงบันเทิงต่าง ๆ มากมาย
บริเวณลานเอนกประสงค์ เทศบาลตำบลตรอน จะเปิดให้ชม แสง สี ฉลองแพไฟเฉลิมพระเกียรติ ตั้งแต่วันที่ ๓-๕ ธันวาคม ๒๕๕๓ มีการแสดงนาฎศิลป์สุโขทัย การแสดงคอนเสิร์ต และมหกรรมอาหารชุมชน
บริเวณท่าน้ำวัดวังแดง เปิดให้ชม แสง สี ฉลองแพไฟฯ ประกวด ร้องเพลงและมหกรรมอาหาร
บริเวณท่าน้ำวัดหาดสองแคว จะปล่อยขบวนไหลแพไฟเฉลิมพระเกียรติ จำนวน ๘ ขบวน จากท่าน้ำวัดวังแดง มายังท่าน้ำวัดหาดสองแคว พร้อมกับการจัดพิธีขอบคุณพืชพันธุ์ธัญญาหารและสายน้ำ พิธีจุดเทียนชัยถวายพระพร พระบาทสมเด็จพระเจ้าอยู่หัว, จุดพลุ ดอกไม้ไฟ ปล่อยโคมลอยและประทีปสาย โดยจะมีการแสดงมหรสพสมโภชน์มากมาย
