ศึกษาข้อมูลสถานที่ที่จะทำโครงการ เมื่อทางคณะผู้จัดทำได้เสนอโครงการ “เรื่อง WELCOME TO มอญปากเกร็ดและมอญสามโคก” ปรากฏว่าโครงการนี้อาจารย์ทั้ง 3 ท่าน อนุมัติให้ผ่านทางคณะกลุ่มพวกเราจึงได้ศึกษาหาข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับโครงการ ได้ผลสรุปออกมาว่าทางกลุ่มพวกเราจะทำการศึกษาประวัติความเป็นมาของชาวมอญการอพยพเข้ามาตั้งถิ่นฐานในประเทศไทย ชาวมอญได้อพยพเข้ามาตั้งถิ่นฐานในประเทศไทย ซึ้งมี 3 กลุ่มใหญ่ๆที่ชาวมอญได้อาศัยอยู่ นั้นคือ อำเภอ สังขระบุรี จังหวัด กาญจนบุรี อำเภอสามโคก จังหวัด ปทุมธานี และ อำเภอ ปากเกร็ด จังหวัด นนทบุรี ทางกลุ่มพวกเราจึงเลือกศึกษาวัฒนธรรม ประเพณี อาหาร การแต่งกาย สิ่งศักดิ์สิทธิ์ชาวมอญนับถือรวมทั้งวิถีชีวิตของชาวมอญ อำเภอสามโคก จังหวัดปทุมธานี และ อำเภอ ปากเกร็ด จังหวัดนนทบุรี โดยใช้เวลาในการศึกษาข้อมูลสถานที่ที่จะทำโครงการตั้งแต่วันที่ 11 กันยายน พ.ศ.2558 ถึง วันที่ 25 กันยายน พ.ศ. 2558
