ข้อ 5. ในกรณีที่ผู้เช่าต้องการปลูกสร้างสิ่งก่อสร้าง หรือกระทำการด้วยประการใดให้ทรัพย์สินที่เช่าตามสัญญานี้เปลี่ยนสภาพไป ไม่ว่าทั้งหมดหรือบางส่วน ผู้เช่าต้องแจ้งให้ผู้ให้เช่าทราบล่วงหน้าและต้องได้รับความยินยอมจากผู้ให้เช่าเป็นลายลักษณ์อักษรก่อนดำเนินการทุกครั้ง
