เนื่องจากการทัศนศึกษาที่ผ่านมา ทางบริษัทเจตน์ ออแกไนเซอร์ จำกัด ไม่ได้นิ่งนอนใจในการทำความเข้าใจกับทางโรงเรียน ทางเราเห็นว่ามีหลายปัญหาเกิดขึ้นจึงต้องการชี้แจงให้ทราบดังนี้
ตามที่บริษัทเจตน์ ออแกไนเซอร์ จำกัด ได้รับมอบหมายให้มาดูแลทริปนี้ ซึ่งที่ได้ตกลงร่วมกันตั้งแต่ที่ได้รับมอบหมายมา คือทางออแกไนเซอร์ เพียงแค่มีหน้าที่ประสานงานสถานที่ต่างๆ เพราะเจ้าหน้าที่มีจำนวนแค่ 2 คนตามที่ได้ตกลงกันไว้ ส่วนการดำเนินการนอกเหนือหน้าที่ของเจ้าหน้าที่ไม่ว่าจะเป็นการจัดหาอุปกรณ์และยาในการปฐมพยาบาล,การดูแลเด็กนักเรียน, การTranslateอธิบายให้เด็กนักเรียนฟัง, การล่องแก่งซึ่งทางอาจารย์ได้ตัดสินใจในการดำเนินการเอง, การเตรียมน้ำดื่ม น้ำอัดลม นม ซีเรียล ขนมขบเคี้ยว, Movie Night, ที่นอนเสริมและห้องพักส่วนตัวของทางอาจารย์ ซึ่งทางเจ้าหน้าที่ทั้งสองก็ได้มีความพยายามที่จะบริการและแก้ปัญหาอย่างสุดความสามารถเท่าที่จะทำให้การทัศนศึกษาในครั้งนี้เป็นไปได้อย่างราบรื่นที่สุด
ทั้งนี้หากทางบริษัท เจตน์ ออแกไนเซอร์ จำกัด และเจ้าหน้าที่ มีข้อผิดพลาดหรือขาดตกบกพร่องไปประการใด ก็ขออภัยมา ณ ที่นี้ด้วย
