ในการขอวีซ่าเยี่ยมเยือนครั้งนี้ข้าพเจ้ามีต้องการที่จะเยี่ยมแฟนและครอบครัวเท่านั้นมิได้แอบแฝงวัตถุประสงค์อื่นแต่อย่างใด ขอให้เจ้าหน้าที่คณะกรรมการโปรดพิจารณาผลวีซ่าในครั้งนี้ด้วย
