ความเป็นมาและความสำคัญของปัญหา
ระบบการจัดซื้อมีความสำคัญต่อองค์กรธุรกิจเป็นอย่างมาก การมีระบบการบริหารงานจัดซื้อที่ดี ย่อมส่งผลให้การบริหารวัสดุคงคลังเป็นไปอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ อีกทั้งยังช่วยลดต้นทุนจากปริมาณการสั่งซื้อที่ไม่จำเป็น และยังสามารถลดจำนวนวัสดุคงคลังลงได้ด้วย จากสภาพปัญหาของโรงงานในปัจจุบันพบว่า การสั่งซื้อ Raw Material เป็นแบบ Fixed Lot Size โดยไม่ได้คำนึงถึงกำลังในการผลิต ส่งผลให้มีวัสดุคงคลังอยู่มาก เมื่อพื้นที่ในการจัดเก็บเหลือน้อย ทางโรงงานจึงค่อยสั่ง Raw Material ในจำนวนที่น้อยลง อีกทั้งยังขาดการประสานงานระหว่างฝ่ายจัดซื้อกับฝ่ายผลิต จึงทำให้ปริมาณการสั่งซื้อไม่ตรงตามความต้องการจริง ดังนั้นการใช้หลักการ Material Requirement Planning (MRP) และเครื่องมือที่เกี่ยวข้องเข้ามาช่วยในการวางแผนการจัดซื้อ จะทำให้ระบบการทำงานเป็นไปอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพมากยิ่งขึ้น

วัตถุประสงค์
เพื่อจัดการระบบการสั่งซื้อวัสดุให้เป็นไปอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพโดยใช้หลัก MRP



ขอบเขตของปริญญานิพนธ์
1. ศึกษาถึงระบบการวางแผนการจัดซื้อ Raw Material ของชิ้นส่วนหนึ่งๆ โดยใช้หลัก MRP
