การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความต้องการของผู้ปกครองนักเรียนที่มีต่อการบริหารงานวิชาการของโรงเรียนบ้านห้วยก้านเหลือง สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาบึงกาฬ ใน 4 ด้าน คือ ด้านกระบวนการจัดการเรียนรู้ ด้านครูผู้สอน ด้านสื่ออุปกรณ์การเรียนการสอน ด้านการวัดผลประเมินผล
ประชากรที่ใช้ในการศึกษาเป็นผู้ปกครองนักเรียนโรงเรียนบ้านห้วยก้านเหลือง ตำบลปากคาด อำเภอปากคาด จังหวัดบึงกาฬ สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาบึงกาฬ จำนวน 138 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการรวบรวมข้อมูล เป็นแบบสอบถามแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน
