หนังสือสัญญาฉบับนี้ทำขึ้นเมื่อวันที่ 1 ตุลาคม 2556 ณ อาคารศรีจุลทรัพย์ ระหว่าง บริษัท ศรีจุลทรัพย์ จำกัด โดย นางสาวบุษราคัม สาริกบุตร และนางสาววนารี ฉินทกานันท์ กรรมการผู้มีอำนาจ สำนักงานตั้งอยู่เลขที่ 44 อาคารศรีจุลทรัพย์ชั้น 10 ถนนพระราม1 แขวงรองเมือง เขตปทุมวัน กรุงเทพมหานคร ซึ่งต่อไปในสัญญานี้เรียกว่า “ ผู้ให้เช่า ”ฝ่ายหนึ่งกับบริษัท ไทยประหยัดพลังงาน จำกัด โดย นายพันธ์ศักดิ์ ทวีแสงพานิชย์ และ นายยศ ธนารักษ์โชค กรรมการผู้ซึ่งมีอำนาจ สำนักงานตั้งอยู่เลขที่ 168/57 ถนนสวางคนิวาส แขวงลาดพร้าว เขตลาดพร้าว กรุงเทพมหานคร ซึ่งต่อไปในสัญญานี้เรียกว่า “ผู้ เช่า” อีกฝ่ายหนึ่ง ทั้งสองฝ่ายตกลงกันดังมีข้อความดังต่อไปนี้
ข้อ 1. ผู้ให้เช่าตกลงให้เช่าและผู้เช่าตกลงเช่าพื้นที่บางส่วนภายในอาคารศรีจุลทรัพย์ ตั้งอยู่เลขที่ 44 ถนนพระราม1 แขวงรองเมือง เขตปทุมวัน กรุงเทพมหานคร ดังมีรายละเอียดต่อไปนี้
1.1 พื้นที่จำนวน 35 ตารางเมตร (สามสิบห้าตารางเมตร)
1.2 ตั้งอยู่ชั้น 12 ยูนิต 12 รายละเอียดพื้นที่เช่าปรากฏตามแผนผังแสดงตำแหน่งที่ตั้งแต่ท้ายสัญญานี้ซึ่งถือว่าเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของสัญญานี้ด้วย และต่อไปในสัญญานี้จะเรียกว่า “พื้นที่เช่า” ทั้งนี้เพื่อใช้เป็นสำนักงานของผู้เช่าเท่านั้น
ข้อ 2. สัญญาฉบับนี้มีระยะเวลากำหนด 6 เดือน นับตั้งแต่ 1 ตุลาคม 2556 สิ้นสุดวันที่ 31 มีนาคม 2557
ข้อ 3. ผู้เช่าตกลงจะชำระค่าเช่าให้แก่ผู้ให้เช่าเป็นรายเดือนในอัตราเดือนละ 5,600.00 บาท (ห้าพันหกร้อยบาทถ้วน)
