ส่วนผสม
◦แอปเปิ้ลแดงหรือเขียวหั่น 1/2 ถ้วย
◦น้ำเชื่อม 3 ช้อนโต๊ะ
◦เกลือป่น 1/4 ช้อนชา
◦น้ำแข็งป่น 1 แก้ว
◦น้ำมะนาวเล็กน้อย เพื่อเพิ่มความเปรี้ยว
◦น้ำแข็งบดละเอียด 1 ถ้วย

วิธีทำ

1.ล้างแอปเปิ้ลให้สะอาด หั่นเป็นชิ้นเล็กๆ แล้วใส่เครื่องปั่น หากชอบรสชาติเปรี้ยว อาจจะเติมน้ำมะนาวลงไปอีกเล็กน้อย

2.ใส่น้ำแข็ง น้ำเชื่อม และเกลือเล็กน้อย ปั่นให้น้ำแข็งละเอียดเป็นเนื้อเดียวกัน จึงเทใส่แก้วพร้อมเสริฟ
