การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) เพื่อพัฒนาสื่อการเรียนการสอนมัลติมีเดีย เรื่อง สวัสดีอาเซียน ตามแนวคิดทฤษฎีพฤติกรรมนิยม ที่มีประสิทธิภาพตามเกณฑ์ 80/80 2) เพื่อศึกษาดัชนีประสิทธิผลของสื่อการเรียนการสอนมัลติมีเดีย เรื่อง สวัสดีอาเซียน ตามแนวคิดทฤษฎีพฤติกรรมนิยม
3) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนก่อนเรียนและหลังเรียนของนักเรียนที่เรียนด้วย

กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษาเป็นนักเรียนระดับชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 6 โรงเรียนไทยรัฐวิทยา 72 (เทศบาล 8) ในสังกัดสำนักการศึกษาเทศบาลนครอุดรธานี ภาคเรียนที่ 2 ปีการศึกษา 2557
ซึ่งได้มาโดยใช้การสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบง่าย จำนวน 30 คน
เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการศึกษา ประกอบด้วย 1) สื่อการเรียนการสอนมัลติมีเดีย เรื่อง สวัสดีอาเซียน ตามแนวคิดทฤษฎีพฤติกรรมนิยมที่มีประสิทธิภาพ 80.50/80.67 2) แบบทดสอบวัดผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียน เรื่อง อาเซียนศึกษา ซึ่งมีความเที่ยงตรงเชิงเนื้อหา มีค่าความยากง่ายระหว่าง 0.20-0.80 มีค่าอำนาจจำแนกระหว่าง 0.20-0.80 และมีค่าความเชื่อมั่นทั้งฉบับเท่ากับ 0.85
ผลการศึกษาพบว่า

มีประสิทธิภาพ 80.50/80.67 ซึ่งเป็นตามเกณฑ์ที่กำหนดไว้ 80/80
2. สื่อการเรียนการสอนมัลติมีเดีย เรื่อง สวัสดีอาเซียน ตามแนวคิดทฤษฎีพฤติกรรมนิยม
มีค่าดัชนีประสิทธิผล เท่ากับ 0.61 คิดเป็นร้อยละ 61 ซึ่งมีค่าดัชนีประสิทธิผลมากกว่า 0.5
3. นักเรียนที่ได้รับการสอนโดยใช้สื่อการเรียนการสอนมัลติมีเดีย เรื่อง สวัสดีอาเซียน
ตามแนวคิดทฤษฎีพฤติกรรมนิยม มีผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนหลังเรียนสูงกว่าก่อนเรียน
อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05
