เรื่อง แต่งตั้งทีมป้องกันและระงับเหตุฉุกเฉินกรณีเพลิงไหม้
ด้วยบริษัท ไฮคอม ออโตโมทิฟ พลาสติกส์ (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด ตระหนักถึงความสำคัญในการป้องกันและรองรับสถานการณ์ฉุกเฉิน เพื่อให้การดำเนินการสอดคล้องกับข้อกำหนดด้านการป้องกันและระงับอัคคีภัยของ
บริษัทฯ จึงขอแต่งตั้งทีมดับเพลิง (Fire fighting team ) ภายในบริษัทฯ ประกอบด้วย
1. คุณสมพงศ์ สุระคาย หัวหน้าทีม
2. คุณอรรถพล บัวชุม สมาชิก
3. คุณทินกร อิ่มสุวรรณ สมาชิก
4.คุณอารือฮา ฮะกือลิง สมาชิก
5. คุณอังคนา อ่ำสา สมาชิก
6. คุณอรอนงค์ บุราตา สมาชิก
มีหน้าที่ดังนี้
1. เข้าทำการดับเพลิงขั้นต้น และขั้นปานกลาง ณ จุดเกิดเหตุทันทีที่รับทราบ
2. หาเครื่องดับเพลิงสนับสนุนไปยังจุดเกิดเหตุ
3. ประสานงานกับทีมฉุกเฉินอื่นๆ เพื่อป้องกันการติดต่อลุกลาม
4. ประสานงานกับทีมดับเพลิงภายนอก
5. เตรียมพร้อมเครื่องช่วยชีวิต ที่จำเป็นต้องใช้ในบริเวณเพลิงไหม้
6. พิจารณาสถานการณ์เพื่อการดำเนินการควบคุมเพลิง ร่วมกับหน่วยช่วยเหลือภายนอก
7. รายงานผลการปฏิบัติงานต่อผู้อำนวยการแผนฉุกเฉิน
