รู้ที่เรียนมาไปพัฒนาตนเองในทุก ๆ ด้าน ไม่ว่าจะเป็นด้านความรู้ ความสามารถ การปฏิบัติตนต่อสังคม ด้านการบริหารงาน และการดำเนินชีวิตประจำวันร่วมกับคนอื่น ทำให้เราต้องมีความกระตือรือร้นอยู่ตลอดเวลา โดยเราต้องมีการพัฒนาตนเองให้มีความรู้มากยิ่งขึ้น เพราะในโลกปัจจุบันนี้มีการเปลี่ยนแปลงอย่างรวดเร็ว เราจึงต้องทันต่อเหตุการณ์ และมีการศึกษาค้นคว้าหาความรู้เพิ่มเติมอยู่เสมอ เพื่อเราจะได้นำความรู้ไปใช้ในการทำงานในหน่วยงานอื่นๆ โดยการฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพนั้นเป็นหลักสูตรที่สำคัญโดยทางมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏอุดรธานีได้บรรจุเข้าไปในหลักสูตรที่นักศึกษาทุกคนต้องผ่านหลักสูตรนี้ ข้าพเจ้าได้เข้าไปฝึกประสบการณ์ในสถานที่จริงและเป็นหน่วยงานราชการ เพื่อให้นักศึกษาได้ประมวลความรู้ที่ได้ศึกษามานั้นสามารถนำออกไปใช้ได้จริงตามที่ได้ศึกษามา และยังได้รู้ถึงข้อบกพร่องของตัวเองเพื่อนำไปปรับปรุงแก้ไขในส่วนที่บกพร่องให้สามารถทำงานร่วมกับผู้อื่นในสังคมได้ การฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพนี้สำเร็จลุล่วงไปได้ดีเพราะได้รับความอนุเคราะห์จาก ดร.กิตติพร โนนคู่เขตโขง พร้อมด้วยอาจารย์จากสาขาเอกภาษาอังกฤษทุกท่าน และดร.ธนดร พุทธรักษ์ นายกสมาคมกีฬา นายกิตติพัท อินทร์ธิราช อุปนายกสมาคม พร้อมด้วยเจ้าหน้าที่ทุกท่านในสมาคมกีฬาจังหวัดอุดรธานี กราบขอบพระคุณมา ณ โอกาสนี้
